TPV Technology, formerly known as Admiral Overseas Corporation, was founded in Taiwan in 1967. In 1989, following a critical decision made by our CEO, Dr. Jason Hsuan, TPV’s first factory in mainland China was established on previously vacant land in Fuqing, Fujian. Today, with 13 manufacturing bases worldwide and an annual shipment of over 50 million units, TPV has grown from a small display factory to the world’s largest manufacturer of monitors with a market share of around 30% in recent years and a leading manufacturer of TVs. The Company’s has achieved a revenue of over RMB 60 billion in the past three years and has been listed on the Fortune China 500 for two consecutive years, ranking 192nd in 2022.

TPV adheres to a two-pronged OBM/ODM business model: we not only design and manufacture products for some of the best-known TV and PC brands in the world but also manufacture and distribute display products under our own brands AOC, AGON and Envision as well as Philips’ monitors, TVs and audio products under a long-term exclusive license agreement. Constantly striving to improve our manufacturing process and explore the potential for a smarter manufacturing system, we have continued to provide innovative and premium-quality products and services over the years, which has won the hearts of customers and businesses around the world and landed us various international design prizes such as the Red Dot Awards, iF Design Award and the CES Innovation Awards. Looking ahead, TPV is embarking on a journey of digital transformation towards Industry 4.0 with the goal to achieve fully digital factories and to digitalize operations by 2025, driving long-term growth for our business.

TPV was dual-listed on the Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges in 1999 and privatized in 2019. A year later, we began undergoing a major asset restructuring with Nanjing Huadong Electronics Information & Technology Co., Ltd., a listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. In May 2021, the listed company was officially renamed ""TPV Technology Co., Ltd."", marking the listing of TPV on the stock market in mainland China.
