Reflecting on the decade from 2015 to 2025, we have witnessed a "Golden Decade" for the global ePaper industry, marked by groundbreaking technological shifts and resilient growth against global economic headwinds. According to the latest market data from CINNO・ePaper Insight, global shipments of ePaper devices reached nearly 530 million units in 2025, a year-on-year increase of approximately 36%. With continuous technological iterations and an evolving ecosystem, the industry is entering a new era of opportunity.

To commemorate this ten-year milestone, the ePaper Industry Alliance (EPIA) will host the 5th ePaper Sustainable Development Forum (ePSD 2026) from April 21 to 23 at Shili Fangfei, Diaoyuan Ancient Village, Ji'an, Jiangxi Province.

Guest Speaker: Xin gang Liang

Xin gang Liang is the Industry Advisor of the International SparkLink Wireless Short-Range Communication Alliance (GIIC). He is a veteran entrepreneur and industry expert with 26 years of experience across the entire ICT value chain.

His distinguished career includes roles at a national research institute and core R&D at Huawei. He co-founded Baicells and is the founder of Yuan Xiaowei. Focusing on strategic frontiers such as satellite low-altitude communications, new wireless technologies, AI, and new energy, he is an "Ecosystem Architect" who bridges deep technical expertise with broad commercial insight. He is dedicated to driving the industrial development of hard-tech innovation.

International SparkLink Wireless Short-Range Communication Alliance

The International SparkLink Wireless Short-Range Communication Alliance (also known as the SparkLink Alliance) is a global industry organization dedicated to driving innovation and building an industrial ecosystem for next-generation wireless short-range communication technologies. It aims to support rapidly evolving applications in smart vehicles, smart homes, smart terminals, and smart manufacturing, meeting the demand for extreme performance.

Established in September 2020, the Alliance has grown to include over 1,200 member units. Its core activities focus on standardization, testing and certification, development strategy, ecosystem building, application demonstrations, technical exchange, and international cooperation. Today, it serves as a premier global platform for advancing the next generation of wireless short-range communication.
