News from August 25: The PocketBook Q mini eReader has now been released. The new device is built around a compact design and features a 5.84-inch E Ink display. It is expected to launch in Q4 this year, priced at USD 235 (approximately RMB 1,584).

According to the introduction, this product weighs only 130g and comes with an E Ink Carta 1300 ePaper panel on the front, with resolution of 1576×788, 16-level grayscale support, 300 PPI pixel density, backlight, and adjustable brightness and color temperature.

On specifications, the device packs a 1,550 mAh battery and a USB-C port, offering up to several weeks of battery life. It provides 32 GB of storage, comes with a Linux-based operating system, supports most common eBook formats, and includes read-aloud (text-to-speech) functionality.

Additionally, this device is powered by a Rockchip RK3566 chip with 1 GB of RAM, supports IPX4 protection rating for resistance to splashing rain, and includes physical page-turn buttons on the body.
