Malaysia's BIG Pharmacy has deployed ETAG-TECH electronic shelf labels together with 10.1-inch and 37-inch LCD marketing screens in its stores. Founded in 2006 and part of BIG CARiNG Group, the pharmacy chain uses the digital labels to keep price and product information beside the goods and to streamline the constant work of handling new items, price changes and promotions, freeing staff to focus on customer consultation and service.
